The Auyán Tepui
Auyan Tepui is one of the most famous tepuys and also one of the hardest to reach for its difficult access. The “easiest” path requires a small plane, good physical shape or training and awareness that basic services are inexistent (not for the weak). The most astounding time for this journey is the transition between seasons, specifically mid-April when the rainy season have just begun. While we encountered some rain, seeing Angel Falls at its fullest capacity was an unparalleled experience.
